The vast majority of Irish women saints are obscure figures, only a handful have left written Lives. All I can suggest is to perhaps follow up on the parish mentioned in this account in the Ordnance Survey Memoirs and Letters and see if John O'Donovan had anything to say about Kilkine and its patroness. And you're right, researching the Irish saints is rather daunting!
